From a kid drawing to a cane...a huge cane.

I lost the eyes of the Scarab in the reduction process, but I like it anyway. This cane was 5" X 2.5" before reduction. 
I'm writing a tutorial, it will be revealed in October.

Creating large cane sometimes give me some ideas. Weird or cool ideas, I let you decide. 
But I had this creation in my head since quite a long time now, I was just wasting time not doing it.

Trying without back frame...

Deciding with back frame. It gives support, and will be easier to hang it or frame it the way you want. It's 9"X12".

So weird or cool ?? 
For me it was fun to make that's for sure ;-)

Another drawing from my daughter gave me inspiration for a cane. Blue blue blue a lot of blue....all my stock of blue went in this huge cane. It's a large cane. 5"X4"X3".

The reduction was a little difficult with some distortion, and I had a lot of waste. But enough of cane to create new items.
